I have a question. Who can I contact?

      Contact us at roundhouseoutlet@gmail.com.

How can I return an item I purchased? What is your return policy?

What is the difference between Round House Outlet and the Official Round House website?

Round House Outlet sells trial products and other Round House® items that are not available through the official site. While everything on the Round House Outlet website is authentic Round House® apparel, Round House Outlet is not responsible for any statements or claims on the official Round House website.

Some of the items on this site (roundhouseoutlet.com) are Made in USA, but the majority are not. If you want to be sure you are getting Made in USA, order from the official Round House website (round-house.com).

What is an irregular? Why can't I return it for a refund.

All Round House overalls and jeans go through a rigorous quality inspection process. An overall or jean that passes inspection is called "First quality" or "Regular".

An overall or jean that does not pass inspection is called "Second quality", "Second", or "Irregular". An overall or jean that fails inspection is labeled "irregular" because of a flaw, damage, problem, or mistake that cannot be fixed.

An irregular is still wearable, so we sell it "AS IS" at a much lower price with the warning that we can't guarantee the quality.

An irregular will have bad stitching, bad zippers, incorrect sizing, poor fit, color changes, stains, holes, or any other issue.

It is not possible to know ahead of time what the problems will be for an irregular pair that you buy. And since it is a flaw, irregulars are not something we make on purpose or try to keep in stock.

We cannot make any guarantees of quality or fit and cannot accept returns for irregulars.

We always recommend buying first quality overalls and jeans (those not marked as irregulars).

How do I know if what I'm buying is Made in USA?

Made in USA items will say "MADE IN USA" in the product description and display the MADE IN USA logo on the product page.

The size I want says "PRE-ORDER". What does that mean?

Round House Outlet is pleased to offer pre-order for items and sizes not currently in stock. This will put you ahead in line when the item becomes available again!

Items available for pre-order are still in production and come with estimates of when the item will be in stock again.

Items that are only available for pre-order are labeled "PRE-ORDER" under the "Availability" heading along with an estimate of how long it will be until the item is ready to ship. (Example: SHIPS IN 1-3 WEEKS)

Keep in mind that a pre-ordered item will delay all other items in your order, even if the other items are currently available.

If you want your items to ship separately, you will need to place a separate order.

Keep in mind that the "SHIPS IN" estimates are only estimates. Feel free to email us at roundhouseoutlet@gmail and ask if we can get you your size any sooner.

How do put a loop back onto the overall strap?

Note: To keep your loops from breaking or coming off, we recommend buckling your overalls before placing them in the wash.

To attach loops, follow the instructions below:

      Step 1

      Step 2

      Step 3

      Step 4

What is that hole at the top of my overalls and the hole in the bib?

It is for your pocket watch. (If you have one, you probably knew that already).

Some of the more traditional styles of Round House overalls still have the chain hole and watch pocket. The chain hooks inside the hole at the top and the watch goes in the special bib opening.

Not every bib overall has these items.
